Notably, all plastic injection molding machines were custom-ordered and installed in collaboration with Hadron Tejarat Company, with the entire injection process managed and delivered under our supervision.

Engineering Challenges
1. Ground Stabilization on Soft Soils
    The project site presented challenges due to loose subsoil conditions. To ensure structural integrity, extensive excavation was undertaken, followed by the implementation of pile and micropile foundations. This approach effectively transferred structural loads to deeper, more stable soil strata, mitigating risks associated with soil settlement and ensuring long-term stability.
2. Equipment Installation Amidst Architectural Constraints
    The architectural design imposed strict height limitations, necessitating meticulous planning for the placement of chillers and other essential equipment. A comprehensive analysis was conducted to determine the optimal number and configuration of machines, ensuring maximum operational efficiency within the spatial constraints. This strategic placement was crucial to meet the client’s capacity requirements without compromising the building’s architectural integrity.
3. Optimized Material Flow Considering Environmental Factors
    The orientation of the production line was strategically designed to align with natural lighting and environmental conditions. This alignment facilitated an efficient material flow, enhancing the assembly process and ensuring a seamless transition between different production stages. By considering factors such as sunlight direction and ambient conditions, the design optimized both energy consumption and worker productivity.
